The 1980s

The 1980s were all about a more tailored suit look. Everything was big: from the shoulders to the accessories to large shirts over leggings. Aerobics influenced the wearing of spandex and leggings or tights. There were many silouhettes for the woman to choose. It was a time of vibrancy with heavy beading and a relapse of many styles from throughout history. Clothes could be more fitted, but they were also more loose and baggy as well with innovative designs and features.
